Overview
The In-House Savings Plan is not a Dental Insurance Plan. It is NOT a discount plan. It is a membership plan that allows you to receive significant benefits and savings only in our office.
What is included in the Adult/Child plan
For each person paying the annual enrollment fee, that individual is entitled to receive:
- Two healthy cleanings separated by 6 months.
- Two checkup exams at your cleaning appointments.
- Any/all necessary x-rays that the Dr. feels deemed to take only in our office per 12-month time period.
- Administrate topical fluoride twice in the 12-month time period.
- A 20% reduction off our fees on fillings, crowns, extractions, and periodontal treatment during the 12-month time period.
- A 10% discount reduction off our fees on veneers, dentures, and dental implant crowns during the 12-month time period.
- One emergency exam and x-ray during the 12-month time period.
- One oral cancer screening with cleaning appointment age 40+.
Limitations inherent in most dental insurance plans such as deductibles, waiting periods and annual maximums are not present with this plan.
Enrollment Fee Pricing and Payment:
- $425.00 for the Adult savings plan. (Savings of $547)
- $299.00 for the Child savings plan. (Age 12 and under) (Savings of $460)
- Plan Duration: Begins the date the enrollment fee is paid.
The fee is paid in full at the start of the 12 month time period. Payment can be made with Care credit and any third-party credit card.
What is included in the Periodontal plan:
- Three Perio-Maintenance cleanings.
- Two checkup exams at your cleaning appointments.
- Any/all necessary x-rays that the Dr. feels deemed to take only in our office per 12-month time period.
- Administrate topical fluoride twice in the 12-month time period.
- A 20% reduction off our fees on fillings, crowns, extractions, and periodontal treatment during the 12-month time period.
- A 10% discount reduction off our fees on veneers, dentures, and dental implant crowns during the 12-month time period.
- One emergency exam and x-ray during the 12-month time period.
- One oral cancer screening with cleaning appointment.
Limitations inherent in most dental insurance plans such as deductibles, waiting periods and annual maximums are not present with this plan.

- Plan Duration: Begins the date the enrollment fee is paid.
The fee is paid in full at the start of the 12 month time period. Payment can be made with Care credit and any third-party credit card.
Where to receive Dental Care:
Treatment is solely rendered in our office at 100 Health Park Drive, Suite 105, Garner, NC 27529. Treatment performed by any specialist at any other locations are NOT part of this savings plan.
Limitations and Exclusions:
- The In-House savings plan is not a dental insurance plan, cannot be in conjunction with any other discounts.
- The In-House savings plan is for patients who do not have dental insurance. If you are currently covered under a dental insurance plan, you are NOT eligible (due to the contractual restrictions placed on you and our office by the insurance companies).
- Joining the savings plan cannot be retroactively. Stated another way, you cannot join and then expect a refund for services already paid for.
- Enrollment fees are non-refundable once any treatment has started.
- No other Insurance plans may be billed for services under this Plan.
- If we determine that you need to see a specialist, this savings plan does NOT apply to any treatment you receive from any specialist.
- This savings plan does NOT apply for treatment needs originating from a Workers Compensation or Employer Liability Claim.
- If you become eligible and begin participation with a traditional dental insurance plan during your savings plan, this savings plan becomes null and void with no refunds.
- This savings plan is NON-Transferable—Family members cannot be substituted in for another family member.
- Rates are subject to change annually.
